Before using your Ultra+, please review the safety information carefully. The device should never be used near water or in damp conditions. Keep cords away from sharp edges and heat sources. PureWave products are not intended for use by individuals with implanted pacemakers or other electronic medical devices. If you are pregnant, have a serious health condition, or are under the care of a physician, consult your healthcare provider before use. Do not attempt to modify the Ultra Controller or applicators in any way, as doing so may compromise safety and performance.

Connecting the applicators
To set up your Ultra, place the Ultra Controller on a stable, flat surface near a power source. Insert the plugs from your chosen applicators into the available ports on the controller, making sure they are securely connected before powering on. The Ultra Controller allows you to run up to four applicators simultaneously. Once your applicators are connected, you are ready to begin your first session.

Program selection
Operating the Ultra Controller is designed to be intuitive. Simply press the start/stop button to begin a program and use the intensity dial to adjust the strength of your session. Each program runs automatically, and the display panel will indicate the timing and settings in use. For best results, begin with lower intensity settings until your body becomes accustomed to the device.

Recommended settings & duration
Below are recommended ways to utilize different applicators and at what duration:
For whole body wellness:
- Use the Full-Body Mat applicator for 20 to 30 minutes, two to three times per week
For localized support:
- The Target Pad can be applied for 15 to 20 minutes as needed

Targeting body areas
The Ultra kit allows you to target the body comprehensively. The travel pad works well on the neck, shoulders, and arms, while the full-body applicator covers the back, abdomen, hips, and legs. By combining different applicators, you can address up to ten primary areas of the body, ensuring complete coverage and versatility in your wellness routine.
Troubleshooting
Common issues
If your Ultra does not power on, first confirm that the power cord is properly connected and that the outlet is functional. If an applicator does not respond, check that its cable is fully inserted into the controller. If intensity feels weak, adjust the dial upward or confirm that the correct program has been selected. Should the controller display an error message, restart the unit and reconnect all applicators before resuming.

It is normal for applicators to become slightly warm during extended sessions. If the Travel unit battery is low, recharge it using the included adapter before resuming use. If no magnetic field is detected, use the EMF Meter to confirm that the applicator is active, and double-check that all cables are secure. Most issues can be resolved through these simple steps, but replacement applicators are available if needed.
