Inside your PEMI™ kit, you will find:

- Always operate the PEMI™ responsibly and follow all usage instructions.
- Do not expose the unit to water, frost, or direct sunlight.
- Use only in a clean, climate-controlled environment.
- Remove metal jewelry, watches, and electronic devices before sessions for best use.
- Pregnant women or individuals with implanted devices (such as pacemakers or cochlear implants) must consult their physician prior to use.
- Clean only with mild, non-corrosive products. Avoid alcohol, chlorine, and harsh disinfectants.
- Never attempt to open, modify, or repair the unit yourself. Contact PureWave Support for servicing.
Using Your PEMI™
To begin, watch the welcome video. Then watch how to set up the auto clocks and timer on the PEMI.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
Plug one or both applicators (Body Mat and/or Target Pad) into the designated ports labeled A and B on the controller. Only one applicator operates at a time.
Use the A/B toggle switch on your controller to select which applicator you’d like to activate:
- A – Activates the applicator plugged into Port A.
- B – Activates the applicator plugged into Port B.
Once selected, choose your desired program and session duration. The system will automatically begin pulsing frequencies through the active applicator.
Program selection
The PEMI™ system includes three primary frequency programs designed to align with the body’s natural electromagnetic field.
- Tranquility Program: Encourages deep relaxation, stress relief, and restorative rest. The gentle waveforms calm the nervous system and relax the muscles—ideal for evening use or after long days.
- Stability Program: Generates more than 100,000 harmonic frequencies per second, replicating the body’s natural electromagnetic rhythms. This program promotes balance, coherence, and cellular communication for whole-body stability.
- Vitality Program: Energizing and uplifting, this setting enhances circulation, supports endorphin release, and increases focus and stamina. It is perfect for morning sessions or before physical activity.
Recommended settings & duration
- Session Duration: 30 minutes for AM and PM use.
- Frequency of Use: Daily set on auto timers for ease of use. Apply spot therapy with the pillow pad, goggles, pen or headset for optimal results.
- Preparation: Hydrate before and after sessions with electrolytes; wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing.
- Environment: Use in a calm, quiet space free from metal or electronic interference.
Frequency range
- Base Frequencies: 0.0 to 10,000 Hz
- Harmonic Frequencies: up to 100,000 per second.
These frequencies mirror the body’s own natural resonant frequencies, promoting coherence and enhanced cellular function throughout the body.

Troubleshooting & Care
Common issues
If the PEMI™ does not power on:
- Ensure the power cord is securely connected to both the controller and wall outlet.
- Confirm that the outlet has power and the main switch is turned ON.
If an applicator is not functioning:
- Verify that you have selected the correct port (A or B).
- Ensure only one applicator is active at a time.
If the light doesn’t turn on:
- Even though the light might not come on doesn’t mean the system is not working. The controller will display an error message if it is not connecting to the applicators.
- Contact PureWave Support for service assistance.
